Job summary

Artisan Direct is seeking an independent contractor to install and pick up weekend signs in the Taylors, SC area. The role runs within Friday 5 PM to Saturday 10 AM for installation and Sunday 6 PM to Monday 8 AM for pickup, with completion by Saturday 10 AM and removal by Monday 8 AM.

This is a 1099 contract with no benefits. Contractors report via a mobile app, store signs securely, and submit weekly invoices online.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle with enough space to transport 30+ signs
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running our mobile app
• Ability to lift and place signs and work outdoors
• Hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground during the first weekend only
• Dependable and able to complete routes within the required time windows each weekend

Responsibilities

• Use Artisan Direct's mobile app to report installation and pickup of signs at specific locations
• Install signs every weekend between Friday 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM
• Pickup the same signs between Sunday 6 PM and Monday 8 AM
• Store signs and extra stakes safely during the week
• Submit a weekly invoice and order replacement inventory after completing pickup via our website
