Job summary

Artisan Direct is seeking an independent contractor to install and remove temporary weekend signs in the Springsboro, OH area. You will deploy signs Friday 5 PM–Saturday 10 AM and collect them Sunday 6 PM–Monday 8 AM, using our app to report placements and pickups.

This 1099 role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a smartphone; compensation starts at $110.50 per weekend plus bonuses, with biweekly direct deposit. No benefits or employment guarantees are offered.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
18+ years old.
Reliable vehicle with space for 30+ signs.
Smartphone capable of running our mobile app.
Ability to lift/place signs and work outdoors.
Hammer stakes 6–8 inches into ground during first weekend only.
Dependable and able to complete routes within time windows each weekend.

Responsibilities

Use Artisan Direct's app to report installation and pickup of signs at locations.
Install signs every weekend between Friday 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM.
Pickup same signs between Sunday 6 PM and Monday 8 AM.
Store signs and extra stakes safely during the week.
Submit a weekly invoice and order replacement inventory after completing pickup using our website.
