Job summary

Penn State University is seeking a part-time shuttle driver to transport Lions Gate residents to campus amenities on Friday evenings and during the day on Saturdays and Sundays. The position is limited to 20 hours per week at $15 per hour, during the Academic Year (August–May).

Responsibilities include operating a light vehicle, assisting passengers, performing basic vehicle checks, and maintaining a clean interior.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle to transport passengers, load and unload as needed.
• Operate radio system and follow dispatcher orders.
• Keep vans clean and habitable; record odometer readings.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report malfunctions.
• Provide customer service to passengers.
