Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Temple, TX. You will verify incoming shipments, prepare outbound orders, and maintain inventory records to support a smooth warehouse operation. The role runs on a Friday–Sunday night shift, requiring attention to detail and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to operate warehouse equipment safely. Company benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping/receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or manifests.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and bills of lading.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers or internal teams.
• Perform cycle counts, data entry, and generate shipping/receiving reports.
