Job summary

LINK Staffing is hiring Shipping & Receiving Clerks for a Humble, TX warehouse. This role supports daily shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour, and there are 2 openings in this location. Responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, loading/unloading shipments, inspecting merchandise, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or 3PL experience preferred.
• Experience picking and packing customer orders.
• Comfortable loading and unloading merchandise.
• Basic inventory and cycle-counting experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload containers and incoming shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and organize merchandise.
• Replenish inventory and stock warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow established safety and warehouse procedures.
