Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking an Associate Shipper/Receiver in McKinney, TX. You will handle shipping, receiving, stocking finished goods, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately.

Role includes forklift operation, palletizing, and labeling using ERP systems. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus HazMat and forklift training to be completed on hire. Weekend shift is part of the schedule with differential pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck Certification required (will certify at hire).
• D.O.T. HazMat Training required (will certify at hire).
• 0-3 months of warehouse, logistics, and/or shipping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet. Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment.
• Create and apply documents, such as shipping labels, packing list, and bills of lading for each pallet/shipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
