Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a Shipping - Receiving - Warehouse associate in McKinney, TX. The role involves preparing shipments, staging units, and loading trucks, while following packing instructions and on-time delivery targets.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–5 years in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, English literacy, and forklift experience (sit-down and reach). Safety and QA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-5 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must read and write legibly in English.
• Must communicate in English via two-way radio.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Forklift experience required – sit-down and reach truck.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MRP systems preferred.
• Must meet production standards and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ship, band, shrink-wrap and stage units for shipment and load onto truck.
• Transport units from assembly to shipping area.
• Follow shipping and packaging work instructions.
• Follow sales order dates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Pick and pack UPS shipments.
• Process dunnage and scrap pallets; manage returns.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow QA/QMS guidelines.
