Job summary

Timberline Manufacturing is seeking a Wire Cutter for a weekend shift, Friday–Sunday 6AM–6PM, with a special weekend differential. The role requires setting up and operating wire cut machines and following job orders to ensure accurate wire and cable cuts.

You will stand for long periods, perform quality checks, read cut sheets, and maintain production goals in a hands-on environment. Timberline is employee-owned and emphasizes teamwork and growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines, run job orders as specified, and bundle wires.
• Understand and follow cut sheets/job orders.
• Routinely perform quality and quantity checks and verify for accuracy.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time.
• Good eyesight with accurate color vision
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Continuously complete assigned tasks and meet production goals.
• Must have good dexterity with hands.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend hours as needed.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
