Job summary

Pan-Oston Company in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Team Lead for the Weekend Shift to guide manufacturing teams and ensure production is safe, efficient and meets quality standards.

You will run start-up meetings, relay end-of-shift reports, ensure equipment safety, and coach staff toward continuous improvement. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required; weekend availability and forklift certification are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills to manage data.
• Ability to pass forklift license/test.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift activities and Start-Up meetings.
• Communicate End of Shift Reports via email to Supervisor and oncoming Team Lead.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and cost within standards.
• Coach and develop employees and resolve issues at the lowest level.
• Track departmental metrics and report to Supervisor.
