Job summary

Pan-Oston Company in Bowling Green, KY is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for the weekend shift to provide maintenance support for all operations, keeping facility systems and manufacturing equipment safe and efficient.

With 1–2 years of maintenance experience and CMMS familiarity preferred, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, collaborate with Production and Management teams, and document labor hours and parts used in the maintenance system.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, painting, carpentry, and industrial systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on facility systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Identify and research necessary parts for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Document labor hours and part usage in the company’s maintenance system.
• Assist with maintaining preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Support efforts to reduce downtime and improve maintenance efficiency.
• Help maintain and update asset records and maintenance logs.
• Receive and verify incoming maintenance-related parts and materials.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.
