Job summary

Shalom Gardens Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor to lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift on a part-time, every-other-weekend schedule. You will oversee resident care, coordinate with families and doctors, and respond to emergencies to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires a valid VA LPN license and at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills.
