Job summary

Lawrenceville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to lead and support nursing staff during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift at our skilled nursing facility in Virginia. You will oversee resident care, coordinate with families and doctors, and respond to emergencies to ensure continuity and quality of care.

The ideal candidate holds a VA-licensed LPN with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a SNF, and demonstrates strong clinical

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in VA.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills.
• Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making.
• A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude.
