Shalom Gardens Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced LPN to supervise the evening shift in our skilled nursing facility. You will lead nursing staff, oversee resident care, and coordinate with families and physicians to maintain continuity of care.

The role requires an active VA LPN license, a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity in SNF, and strong clinical judgment with excellent communication and people skills.
