Qualifications
- RN license in Indiana required.
- Within 5 years of RN experience, obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing services in the assigned area and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care.
- Perform high-risk, high-frequency nursing procedures according to standards and protocols.
- Prioritize patient care based on acuity, resources, and patient preferences.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the patient record.
- Advocate for patients and families and participate in care coordination and decision-making.
