Qualifications

• No formal education required, but high school level preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Experience with air handling equipment is preferred.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work center to run according to schedule and meet production goals.
• Support machine operators and line leads to maintain workflow.
• Move material between workstations to meet operational needs.
• Complete paperwork as OTJ training requires.
• Inspect products for defects and route, rework as needed.
• Keep product area clean and ready for shipment.
• Assist with material handling to ensure continuous production.
• Report problems to area lead or supervisor.
• Suggest improvements to support lean manufacturing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform designated cleaning duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
