Job summary

Wabash is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and run production equipment in the Operations department. You will read blueprints, adjust settings, and ensure parts meet specifications, while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.

You’ll participate in quality improvements, document labor data, and support a compliant workplace under OSHA standards. The role offers on-site work in Wisconsin with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Basic reading, writing and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery safely and accurately.
• Read blueprints and work orders to meet specs and tolerances.
• Minimize scrap and improve quality while producing required parts.
• Complete required paperwork including labor data.
• Comply with OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment.
