Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a sales and customer service team, including training, coaching and counseling staff.
• Assist with setup, promotion, selling and upselling of events and products.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to maintain high service levels.
• Track, monitor and measure productivity within the team.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
