Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, TWIC, and MMC endorsed as Able Seaman.
• Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers for safe transit and demonstrate safety equipment usage.
• Maintain vessel cleanliness and perform security and watch duties.
• Monitor AV/PA equipment for quality and clarity.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Contribute to safe operation of vessels and respond to emergencies.
