Job summary

Beacon Mobility's Transit Team is hiring for a paratransit driver in Maple Grove, MN. You will safely operate a Metro Mobility vehicle, assist riders, and ensure orderly, courteous service on assigned routes.

The role includes paid training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package with insurance and retirement options. A Minnesota license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Minnesota driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Safe and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to pass a background check and 5-panel drug screen.
• Ability to complete and pass a DOT physical.
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area preferred.
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, including walking, bending, sitting, standing, and assisting passengers as needed.

Shift Schedule Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 8:00 PM - 6:00 PM Schedules vary based on route and operational needs.
