Job summary

Lockheed Martin Chelmsford Operations is seeking a Weekend Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production on Friday–Sunday 5:00am–5:30pm. You will drive safety, quality, cost and schedule while mentoring operators and coordinating on-floor activities.

This role requires a US citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and experience in manufacturing with SAP/APRISO; a Bachelor's degree and strong leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education in a related field.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to lead independently and make timely decisions.
• Experience using SAP/Apriso for production applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: Own daily factory execution across safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Set direction and accountability: Provide clear guidance, monitor workflow, and ensure expectations and goals.
• Run the rhythm: Drive daily huddles, PMTs, and performance metrics to keep the team aligned.
• Develop people: Coach, mentor, and hold your team accountable while building engagement and teamwork.
• Solve problems in real time: Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production Planning, and other functions to remove barriers.
