Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, based on education and work experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: List any other Certifications.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Mechanical and hydraulic components; use of multi-meter; reading blueprints; Lean concepts; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and machines including meters, hand tools, torches, welders, forklifts, cranes, and computer equipment.
• Basic working knowledge of pumps, welders, punches, presses, shears, cranes, hoists, conveyors, small tools.
• Troubleshoot line repairs and breakdowns.
• Conduct maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Perform machine and fixture set-ups.
• Operate overhead cranes and lifting devices.
• Read and interpret prints and schematics.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and database.
• Perform basic welding with a torch.
• Follow safety rules and work productively.
• Contribute to team producing quality products.
• Provide own tools.
• Work mandatory overtime.
