Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a maintenance technician in Pulaski, TN to troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic/hydraulic systems and electrical components on production equipment. You’ll read schematics, use meters and scopes, and support preventative maintenance to keep lines running.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Weekend and holiday work required
• Lift 15–50 pounds with/without accommodation
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including valves and pumps
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems; read schematics; use electrical testing equipment
• Support preventive maintenance and work orders; apply PLC knowledge to diagnose issues
• Respond to maintenance calls and restore equipment promptly under pressure
• Inspect machines, develop repair lists, and implement corrective actions for reliability
