Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN/LVN license in GA or compact state with transfer within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) preferred.

• Must have reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adults in home setting.
• Document care using electronic records and coordinate with caregivers.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering compassionate care.
