Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) for home health in Eatonton, GA. Schedule includes Sunday-Friday 4:00pm-7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-7:00pm, with care delivered in patients' homes and supported by a national leader in private duty nursing.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands-on) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Must have reliable transportation
