Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.

• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year in GA).
• Must have reliable transportation.
