Qualifications

• Must have active LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.

• Provide home healthcare nursing to pediatric and adult patients.
• Utilize a tablet in patients' homes for electronic documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Offer flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, or PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts.
