Role Description The Weekend Shift Lead is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Morgan Hill, CA. This position is responsible for overseeing weekend production operations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met throughout the shift. Day‑to‑day tasks include assigning work to team members, monitoring machine and equipment performance, resolving production issues, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and to specification. The Weekend Shift Lead will maintain clear communication with supervisors and weekday teams, complete shift reports, and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices. This role also involves coaching and supporting team members, promoting a safe work environment, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high‑precision machining or manufacturing processes, with the ability to read and interpret production schedules and basic technical documentation.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Comfort with basic computer usage for documentation, shift reports, and production tracking systems.
