Job summary

Worklane GmbH is seeking an Inventory Control specialist to organize and perform inventory control activities across warehouse locations. The role emphasizes accurate receiving, storage, and adherence to internal controls within an operations setting.

Responsibilities include processing and storing items, coordinating daily inventory tasks with the team, investigating discrepancies with the Inventory Control Analyst, and supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Must have used a forklift in the last 6 months.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision; typical reporting to a supervisor/manager.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately processed and stored.
• Organize and perform daily inventory activities with the inventory team and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Work with Inventory Control Analyst to investigate, research, and address inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Research and recount inventory discrepancies identified by the Inventory Control Analyst.
• Coordinate cycle counts with the inventory team.
• Provide support wherever needed to the warehouse team.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
