Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking Assemblers for Weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday) to assemble products according to specifications, following work instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Roles include Assembler I/II/III with increasing responsibility and pay featuring shift premiums. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; II/III may require or prefer related experience and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Must perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required for II/III; Assembly experience preferred.
• Experience using SAP or equivalent ERP systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per drawings and work instructions while complying with safety and quality standards.
• Lead problem solving and implement countermeasures as needed on II/III levels.
