Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools is required.
• 1+ years metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, use a tape measure, and follow routings.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment (press brakes, lasers, water jets, turrets, rollers, panel benders).
• Read blueprints and job routings to set up and perform operations.
• Support setup, material handling, and safety procedures on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet quality and production goals.
