David’s Bridal in Westminster, CO is seeking a part-time alterations associate to welcome customers in person, by phone, or via virtual chat and guide them through alterations for a flawless fit.

You will manage multiple customers, promote alteration services, and maintain store standards while collaborating with leadership to resolve issues. The role offers team bonuses, a generous employee discount, and early pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and assist with alterations and promotions.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate when needed.
• Promote alterations services and maintain store standards.
• Assist with inventory and cash wrap processes.
