Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work with customers in person, by phone or virtual channels, support stylists with gown fit and customization, and maintain the alterations area to ensure quality and presentation.

This part-time role emphasizes enthusiasm, durability under busy periods, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail apparel experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically in person, over the phone, or virtually and assist with fittings.
• Manage alterations workflow and ensure five-star service levels.
• Assist stylists with gown fit, customization, and sales closing.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations room and ensure quality control of garments.
