Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Full knowledge of in-house food and beverage menus.
• Ability to use restaurant POS system.
• Ability to prioritize work and communicate clearly with staff.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time and clock in for your shift.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, hygiene, and safety.
• Interact with guests and establish rapport to enhance service.
• Organize, clean, and maintain server stations.
• Attend trainings and pre-shift meetings.
• Know the cocktail menu and wine list to assist guests.
