Job summary

StoryPoint in Troy, OH is seeking a friendly part-time Receptionist to provide efficient service to residents and the public. The role offers a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 8am–6pm) and a pay rate of $14 per hour, with potential for growth in a welcoming, innovative community.

You will answer calls, check residents in, greet guests, help with mail and documents, and support the Leasing Team as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Experience delivering courteous customer service in a reception or front-desk role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answering routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Know emergency procedures and basic safety guidelines.
• Assist with accounting duties as assigned by Property Administrator.
• Dress professionally and wear a name tag.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
