Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Know emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist with basic accounting duties as needed by the Property Administrator.
