Job summary
Landing at Watermere Woodland Lakes in Conroe, Texas, invites you to join Integrated Real Estate Group as an Activities Assistant for weekends. You will help plan, implement, and evaluate recreational and social programs for residents, aligning with care plans and policy guidelines.
Ideal candidates are friendly, possess a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, and can communicate in English. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities to collaborate with staff and volunteers
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a current Driver’s License.
- Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
- Ability to be warm, friendly, and caring on first impression.
- Available to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs for residents.
- Observe residents and document progress.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and volunteers.
- Transport residents with shuttle bus.
- Refer residents to appropriate social services as needed.
