Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an Activities Assistant to support planning, implementing, and evaluating resident programs in our Texas communities. You will align activities with care plans, engage residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure well-coordinated support and enrichment opportunities.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in Assisted Living or Senior Care is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Senior Care preferred; applicant must be 25 or older.
• Proficiency with EHR and administrative software.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities.
• Encourage participation and track engagement and responses to activities.
• Support individualized activity plans aligned with residents' needs and goals.
• Communicate with the care team to coordinate resident support.
• Provide resources for hobbies, crafts, and daily errands.
