Oakmont Mariner Point, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking an Activity Assistant to organize and promote activities that enrich residents’ independence and quality of life.

The role supports an engaging social calendar, coordinates volunteers, and requires friendly communication with residents, families, and staff. A high school diploma and MS Office proficiency are needed, with driving ability preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Activity Director in providing a rewarding social atmosphere across the Community.
• Develop, recruit, manage and schedule Community Volunteers as requested.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive Community vehicles.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
