Job summary

MSC Security LLC is hiring a Weekend Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and personnel at an assigned client site in Maryland. Schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Immediate hire for a part-time role. The candidate will supervise officers, conduct site inspections, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with post orders while maintaining excellent client communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation (public transportation is not acceptable).
• Must possess a working cell phone for communication with Operations Supervisors.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Maryland Security Guard Card.
• Must be capable of standing, walking, and performing assigned duties as required by post orders.
• Must be comfortable using mobile technology, including smartphones and tablets.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers during assigned shifts.
• Conduct site inspections and patrols.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Complete daily reports and incident documentation.
• Ensure officers follow post orders and company policies.
• Maintain communication with clients and management.
• Monitor attendance, uniforms, and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs.
• Complete detailed incident reports.
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols as assigned.
• Enforce client policies and site rules in a professional manner.
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and the public.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Assess emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Identify and respond to critical issues promptly.
