Job summary

Sizemore Inc. is seeking a Security Flex Officer to maintain security at the assigned facility, enforcing access control and reporting violations. The role supports Sizemore’s values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork in daily duties.

Responsibilities include patrolling, reporting via DAR, coordinating with staff, and handling emergencies. Candidates should be 18+, with security or related experience preferred and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (preferred).
• Demonstrate commitment to service and professionalism.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and diplomacy.
• Initiative and sound judgement in evaluating situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to read and comprehend detailed instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Document security activity with DAR and incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per established procedures.
• Operate equipment (CCTV, scales, computer systems) as needed.
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
