Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to maintain security of the facility by enforcing access control, observing, and reporting violations. The role supports Sizemore's values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm, with a pay rate of $12.00/hour. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED and prior security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (preferred).
• Demonstrate service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Documents security activity with DAR and completes incident reports as required.
• Controls vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Responds to emergencies per established procedures.
• Operates specialized equipment (CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems).
• Prevents losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
