Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking an Armed Security Officer to maintain security of the assigned facility, enforce access control, observe and report violations, and uphold Sizemore’s core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork.

This role involves patrolling, monitoring, emergency responses, and documenting incidents. The position requires operating CCTV and other equipment, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in security, military or law enforcement preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Document security activity with DAR and incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Operate specialized equipment (CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems).
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policy.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as required.
