Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer for part-time roles across Boston and Cambridge sites, weekends (Sat/Sun) with 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, and pay of $20.00-$24.00/hour. You will monitor premises, enforce policies, and respond to incidents to ensure a safe environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., have a high school diploma or GED, and read/write/speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Incident Reporting: Document incidents, observations, and concerns.
• Patrolling: Perform routine foot patrols of the facility.
• Customer Service: Provide directions and support to employees and visitors.
• Safety Inspections: Identify and report safety risks.
• Conflict Resolution: Address disturbances calmly and professionally.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and emergency responders.
