Responsibilities

• Surveillance: Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to identify security concerns.
• Access Control: Verify identification and manage visitor passes.
• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Incident Reporting: Document incidents and observations accurately.
• Patrolling: Regular foot patrols of entrances, exits, and surrounding areas.
• Customer Service: Provide assistance to employees and visitors professionally.
