Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Age requirements: 18+ for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain logs and incident docs.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, coordinating with responders.
• Assist with traffic flow, facility access, and other security duties.
