Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for weekend protection in Phoenix, AZ. In this part-time role, you will patrol manufacturing/industrial locations, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security needs with professional customer service.

You must hold an Armed Guard Card/License, be 21+, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The role includes background checks and drug screening per applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training.

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including production areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document security-related activities.
• Deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting hazards.
