Responsibilities

• Makes scheduled rounds inside and outside to secure residents and property
• Responds to fire alarms and apartment emergencies
• Shovels and keeps exit walkways clear during snowstorms
• Completes tasks in priority order as directed by supervisor
• Performs light maintenance such as bulb changes and touch-ups
• Maintains tools, equipment and supplies in good condition
• Attends in-service training as assigned
