Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Security Guard to protect residents, staff and visitors. The role involves proactive patrols, monitoring cameras and life-safety systems, access control, and quick responses to medical and security incidents.

A valid driver’s license and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications are required or must be obtained within three months. The position is scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm to 12am, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (or obtain within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of residents, team members, visitors and property.
• Conduct proactive patrols and monitor security cameras and life-safety systems.
• Respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms and security incidents; maintain a visible security presence.
