Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in a security or loss prevention environment.
• Experience responding to inquiries from customers, law enforcement, regulatory agencies or the business community.
• Knowledge of and experience with security systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage security awareness programs to prevent losses and enhance safety.
• Initiate investigations in partnership with Site Security Manager based on loss trends and reports.
• Conduct security audits and surveys to detect vulnerabilities and policy violations.
• Assist field operations in action plans for compliance with physical security measures.
• Build strong relationships with business operations and HR teams within the region.
• Develop and maintain security reports for regional leadership.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other departments and vendors.
