Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Security Transport Coordinator for 1st shift with up to 75% travel. The role coordinates security and loss prevention functions at the facility, audits policies, and supports site operations to protect assets.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in security or loss prevention are required. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a path to leadership within the regional security team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in a security or loss prevention environment with duties focused on investigation of fraudulent activities, security audits and development of awareness programs.
• Experience responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, law enforcement, regulatory agencies or business community.
• Knowledge of and experience with security systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage security awareness programs to prevent losses and promote safety.
• Initiate investigations with Site Security Manager based on loss trends and reports.
• Conduct security audits and surveys to identify vulnerabilities.
• Assist operations in creating action plans for compliance and safe work environment.
• Cultivate relationships with business operations and HR teams within the area.
• Develop and maintain security reports for regional leadership.
